29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(i): Places of employment were not kept clean to the extent that the nature of the work allowed: a.) Rohr Industries, Inc. 201 Stackpole Street, St. Marys, PA, Lunch room area, on or about November 21st, 2014, and times prior thereto: Wipe samples were obtained from a lunch table, and microwave in the Break room area of the facility. Analytical results indicated the presence of toxic metals, as follows: 1.) Lunch room table (East section of table)(PM): 2.4046 ug (micrograms) Copper, 3.7469 ug Manganese, 252.8700 ug Iron Oxide; 2.) Microwave next to Lunch room table (PM): 2.0480 ug Copper, 3.1240 ug Manganese, 41.8330 ug Iron Oxide; 3.) Lunch room table (North section of table)(PM): 1.9880 ug Copper, 1.8376 ug Manganese, 158.9800 ug Iron Oxide.
