29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition: a) Building 2 - On or about 11/05/14 and at times prior thereto the employer did not prepare and implement a cleaning program for frequent removal of sawdust in the area of the Wadkin tenoner in order to reduce fire risk. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET.
