29 CFR 1910.219(e)(3)(i): Vertical or inclined belt(s) were not enclosed by guard(s) conforming to the requirements specified at 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o): a) 72 Lockwood Street, Newark, NJ The Pulva-Sizer Size A Mill with Model Number A-2 and Serial Number 2056 had an unguarded belt which was approximately 4 1/2 feet from the floor, and approximately 8 inches from the on/off switch used by operators to turn the machine on and off. Violation observed on or about 10-15-14
