29 CFR 1910.146(g)(1): The employer did not provide training so that all employees whose work is regulated by this section acquire the understanding, knowledge, and skills necessary for the safe performance of the duties assigned under this section. a) On or about August 11th, 2018 or prior thereto: Entry was conducted into a 8000 gallon 1988 Beat Tanker DOT classified 306 trailer to weld a baffle. The employer did not evaluate the respiratory hazards inside the tanker prior to entry, and document this assessment with an entry permit. NOTE: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item.
