29 CFR 1926.1207(a): The employer did not provide training to each employee whose work is regulated by this standard, at no cost to the employee, and did not ensure that the employee possessed the understanding, knowledge, and skills necessary for the safe performance of duties assigned under this standard: 620R Lindley Street, Bridgeport CT: On or about March 13, 2024, the employer did not provide training including: (1) methods to control and protection from atmospheric hazards and (2) the dangers of attempting rescues, for the workers who were exposed to atmospheric hazards during sediment removal work in a permit required confined space.
