29 CFR 1910.134(k)(1): Effective respirator training was not provided to employees who were required to wear respirators: (a) Dakota Digital Inc. at 4510 West 61st Street North, Sioux Falls, SD 57107: On or about and at times prior to February 9, 2023, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from respiratory injury or illness in that the employer did not provide effective training. This exposes employees to hazards associated with improper use of respiratory protective equipment.
