29 CFR 1910.272(g)(6): Employees at the grain handling facility entered bins, silos, or tanks underneath a bridging condition, or where a buildup of grain products on the side could fall and bury them: (a) On or about June 10, 2020, and at times prior to that date for the employee who suffered fatal injuries while knocking down sunflower seeds that had crusted against the bin wall in Bin 133 at 2147 77th Avenue SE in Pingree, North Dakota.
