29 CFR 1910.1025(m)(1)(iii): The employer did not include Lead in the hazard communication program established to comply with the hazard communication standard (1910.1200): a) On or about February 20, 2020, and times prior, the employer, Redstone Education, LP, dba McAir Aviation, had not developed and had not implemented a written hazard communication program so as to protect employees from exposure to hazardous chemicals. Additionally, the hazard communication program did not include or address elements related to employee exposure to Lead.
