29 CFR 1910.120(q)(2): Elements of an emergency response plan. The employer shall develop an emergency response plan for emergencies which shall address, as a minimum, the following areas to the extent that they are not addressed in any specific program required in this paragraph: 29 CFR 1910.120(q)(2)(xi): PPE and emergency equipment. a. On or about October 9, 2010, the employer's emergency response plan did not address the specific types and uses of personal protective equipment (PPE). Employees performed required duties that involved transfer and transport of flammable liquids related to Fuel Tank Farm operations, aircraft fueling operations and associated vehicle operations with these required duties on a daily basis.
