29 CFR 1910.134(h)(1)(ii): Respirators issued to more than one employee were not cleaned and disinfected before being worn by different individuals: a. On or about October 7, 2014, yard, a Clemco Apollo 600 HP supplied air abrasive blasting respirator was not disinfected before being worn by different employees. Employees wore the respirator during abrasive blasting which exposes employees to bacterial and viral infections.
