29 CFR 1910.134(k)(1)(vii): The employer did not ensure that each employee was trained, which included the general requirements of 29 CFR 1910.134: Facility - The annual training provided to employees required to wear a respirator did not include the general requirements of 29 CFR 1910.134 in the following instances: a) The requirement to have a written respiratory protection program. b) The requirement to have employees fit tested prior to using a respirator. c) The requirement when using a respirator is that there shall be no facial hair that comes between the sealing facepiece of the respirator and the face.
