29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i):The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees: (a) Pour robot cage: On or about 09/30/2024, the employer did not provide adequate training to employee(s) to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees who performed servicing on the nozzle of a chemical pour robot without utilizing hazardous energy control procedures which resulted in employee(s) getting sprayed on the face and body with a pressurized mixture of Toluene-2,4-Diisocyanate and hydraulic fluid. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
