29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1):29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): The employer did not ensure that all surfaces were maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: (a) Tactical Training Center, LLC. 10A Minneakoning Rd. Flemington, NJ 08822. On or about 2/12/2024 and thereafter, employee(s) were exposed to toxic lead (Pb) from contact with contaminated surfaces, including area(s) that employee(s) used for eating and drinking, where surface swabs detected presence of lead. Failing to maintain such surfaces as free as practicable from the accumulation of lead can contribute to ingestion of toxic lead.
