(a) At the worksite (White Lake Facility): On or about��6/19/22, where an employee removed and replaced the Goulds WS0511B submersible sewage pump(s)�in floor drain sump pit(s) in the Kettle Room and Raw Processing Room; no procedures for emergency rescue or preventing unauthorized entry were used. (b) At the worksite (White Lake Facility): On or about 6/12/22, where an employee removed and replaced the Goulds WS0511B submersible sewage pump in floor drain sump pit in the Raw Processing Room; no procedures for emergency rescue or preventing unauthorized entry were used.
