29 CFR 1910.29(b)(13): When guardrail systems are used around holes that serve as points of access (such as ladderways), the guardrail system opening did not meet the requirements of (b)(13)(i) or (b)(13)(ii) of this section: a) 9000 River Rd, Delair, NJ, 08110- Anodizing: The employer did not ensure that employees were protected from falling while working on the catwalk in the racking area. The fixed ladder access point had guardrails located on the front and back of the opening but not on the sides, on or about 2/23/2017. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
