29 CFR 1910.107(d)(1): Ventilation and exhaust systems were not in accordance with the Standard for Blower and Exhaust Systems for Vapor Removal, NFPA No. 91-1961, incorporated by reference. At the work site located at 2401 Southwest Parkway St. Joseph Missouri: Employees were exposed to fire, explosion, and ventilation hazards. Employees apply paint in a spray tent with a ventilation system consisting of two fans and a flexible tube that was bought and installed by Van Am.
