29 CFR 1917.50(c)(1): Each crane and derrick was not tested as a unit quadrennially. a) Berths 1 and 2: On or about June 2, 2025, the Manitowoc 4100 Lattice-boom Crawler cranes serial numbers 41001 and 41216, located on shore, were used to load cargo into vessels and were not tested quadrennially, thereby exposing employees to struck-by hazards from deficiencies found with the cranes.
