29 CFR 1910.134(k)(1): The employer did not provide respirator training that would ensure each employee could demonstrate knowledge of items in section (i)-(vii): a) Angelo's Marble and Granite Inc. located at or near 2500 Ellsworth Street, Philadelphia, PA 19146 - The employer did not ensure that employees required to use respirators such as, but not limited to 3M half facepiece respirator 07182 with P100 filters during stone cutting and finishing activities had received respirator training. Violation noted on July 24, 2024.
