29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: In the main shop at 14 Bridge St. South Hadley, MA: On or about January 31, 2024, employees were not trained on the health and physical hazards associated with the hazardous chemicals in their work area. Employees work with various hazardous materials including but not limited to Soudal Soudafoam Door & Window Genius Gun, fiberglass insulation, and flammable paints.
