29 CFR 1910.23(c)(7): The employer did not ensure that ladders placed in locations such as passageways, doorways, or driveways where they can be displaced by other activities or traffic are properly secured or guarded. a) On or about July 11, 2023, where a 28-foot Werner ladder used for tree trimming operations was positioned on a driveway without securing the ladder from accidental displacement.
