29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(9): The area around the top and bottom of ladders was not kept clear. a) Front porch: On or about 5/11/2023, various tools and debris were strewn on the ground around the base of the ladder. b) Left side of main roof: On or about 5/11/2023, various tools, cords, the laddervator motor, and other debris were strewn around the base of the laddervator. c) Rear of garage: On or about 5/11/2023, a pile of stone, supplies, and debris was strewn around the bottom of the ladder.
