29 CFR 1910.178(n)(3): Other trucks traveling in the same direction at intersections, blind spots, or other dangerous locations shall not be passed. a) On or about April 23, 2023, the employer did not ensure that employees operating powered industrial vehicles near the loading docks in the perishables warehouse were not passing other employees in an unsafe manner exposing operators and pedestrians to a struck-by hazard.
