29 CFR 1910.134(h)(2)(i): Respirators were not stored to protect them from damage, contamination, dust, sunlight, extreme temperatures, excessive moisture, and damaging chemicals or were not packed or stored to prevent deformation of the facepiece and exhalation valve: a) Paint Booth Area - On or about 3/14/2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to respiratory hazards in that, employees required to wear 3M tight-fitting half face respirators while spray painting parts for the projects when the employer failed to ensure that the respirators were stored properly to protect them from damage and contamination at the facility.
