29 CFR 1926.62(i)(2)(i):The employer did not provide clean change areas as an interim protection for employees performing tasks as specified in 29 CFR 1926.62(d)(2), without regard to the use of respirators: At a jobsite located at 424 South Kansas Avenue Topeka, Kansas, employees performing paint scraping activities in room 106 were exposed to the health hazards associated with exposure to lead in that the employer did not provide clean change areas as an interim protection for employees performing tasks as specified in 29 CFR 1926.62(d)(2), without regard to the use of respirators.
