29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employees using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit-tested prior to initial use of the respirator, whenever a different respirator facepiece (size, style, model or make) was used, and at least annually thereafter: (a) Dakota Digital Inc. at 4510 West 61st Street North, Sioux Falls, SD 57107: On or about and at times prior to February 9, 2023, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from respiratory injury or illness in that no fit-testing was performed for employees required to use company provided respirators. This exposes employees to hazards associated with loose or ill fitting protective respiratory equipment.
