29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i):The employer shall conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirements of this standard are being followed. a) On or about January 18, 2023, the employer did not conduct periodic lockout/tagout inspections at least annually to ensure that the energy control procedure and requirements of this standard were being followed by employees performing servicing and/or maintenance on machines and equipment throughout the facility.
