29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: At the home at 44 East Longmeadow Road, Wilbraham, MA: On November 17, 2022 and at times prior, employees were required to use variety of hazardous chemicals while cleaning and sanitizing the facility without being provided effective information and training on the hazardous chemicals in their work area. Employees utilize a variety of hazardous materials, including corrosive chemicals, such as liquid Clorox Disinfecting Bleach, and Toilet Bowl Cleaner with Bleach.
