29 CFR 1910.217(c)(2)(i)(a): It shall prevent entry of hands or fingers into the point of operation by reaching through, over, under or around the guard; On or before 2/7/2022 the employer did not ensure that the presses located on the workshop floor were properly guarded in that employees were exposed to caught in hazards on presses such as: a) On or about 2/4/22 the employer did not ensure that the point of operation on the back side of the Rousselle part revolution power press (model # 4E) was properly guarded to prevent employees from reaching through, over, under or around guard. b) On or about 1/31/22 the employer did not ensue that the point operation on the back side of the Rousselle part revolution power press (model #3) was properly guarded to prevent employees from reaching through, over, under or around guard.
