29 CFR 1910.1053(f)(2)(i):The employer did not establish and implement a written exposure control plan: On or about June 2, 2021, the employer failed to establish and implement a written exposure control plan for the control of employee exposure to respirable crystalline silica. A). The cut-off saw operator was exposed to respirable dust containing crystalline silica at 62.3769 ug/m3 which is approximately 1.2475 times the permissible exposure limit (PEL) of 50 ug/m3; exposure calculations included a zero increment for 7 minutes not sampled. At this time employees are being exposed to levels above the PEL.
