29 CFR 1926.62(l)(2)(iii):The employer did not ensure that each employee was trained in the purpose, proper selection, fitting, use, and limitations of respirators: At a worksite located 3105 (Tycor Building), 3115-3133 (Shankman Building), and 3125-3133 (Michaelson Building) Troost Ave Kansas City, MO 64109: Employees were exposed to lead containing materials. The employer failed to provide training to employees regarding the use of respiratory protection. Employees were not provided any training on the purpose, selection, fit, and limitations associated with respirators used at the worksite. Employees were wearing dust masks, cloth masks, ill-fitting respirators, and at times no respirators while cutting bricks, and working around debris materials. Compass Resources LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1358797, citation number 1, item number 10b and was affirmed as a final order on 5/02/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 3119-3123 (Shankman Building) and 3125-3133 ( Michaelson Building) .
