29 CFR 1910.134(k)(1)(iv): The employer did not ensure that each user could demonstrate knowledge of how to inspect, put on, remove, use, and check the seals of the respirator: SHELL ROOM: On or about January 21, 2021, the employer required employees working in the Knock-Out area of the Foundry as well as the operators of the Shell Room and Solid Mold Casting to wear N-95 respirators. The employees were not provided with instruction as to how to properly don the respirators.
