29 CFR 1910.272(g)(1)(iv): The employer did not prohibit "walking down grain" and similar practices where the employee walks on grain to make it flow within or out from a grain storage structure, or where an employee is on moving grain: (a) On or about June 10, 2020, and at times prior to that date for the employee who was engulfed and suffered fatal injuries while knocking down crusted sunflower seeds in Bin 133 to get them to flow while loading grain trucks at 2147 77th Avenue SE in Pingree, North Dakota.
