29 CFR 1910.1001(j)(7)(iv): The employer did not train employees who performed housekeeping operations in areas containing presumed asbestos-containing material (PACM) and/or other asbestos-containing material (ACM) at least once a year: a) 960 Lancaster Ave., Columbia, PA 17512 - Back Store Room - On or about March 9, 2020, the employer did not train employees in the proper methods of housekeeping actives related to damaged asbestos containing material (ACM) or presumed asbestos containing material (PACM), 9 inch X 9 inch floor tiles. The employer did not prohibit dry sweeping. Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
