29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. Newbrook LP on or about February 03, 2020 at the address of 1559 Falcon Cove Rd., Waterville, OH: The employer did not ensure that five employees were protected from falls while working from scaffolding. The employees were exposed to a potential 18 foot fall to the level below, while framing and sheathing the residential structure.
