29 CFR 1910.219(e)(3)(i): Vertical or inclined belt(s) were not enclosed by guard(s) conforming to the requirements specified at 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o): On or about February 20, 2020, at the 39 Line, the employer did not ensure that the vertical belts less than seven feet from the floor, at Take-up machines including, but not limited to 33, 32, and 31, were guarded in accordance with the requirements specified in 29 CFE 1910.219(m) and (o). This exposed the employees to injuries from rotating belts.
