29 CFR 1910.1000(e): Feasible administrative or engineering controls were not determined and implemented to achieve compliance with the limits prescribed in 29 CFR 1910.1000(a) through (d): On or about October 16, 2019, in the white cement and gray cement areas where employees bagging white and gray cement were exposed to concentrations between 7.7 to 13.0 mg/m³ respirable dust (particulates not otherwise regulated) over an 8 hour Time Weighted Average without determining and implementing feasible administrative or engineering controls to limit the employee exposure. Sesco Cement was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.1000 (a)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1209161, citation number 1 item number 6b and was affirmed as a final order on February 07, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 8510 East Sam Houston Pkwy N, Houston, TX 77044.
