29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: On or about April 11, 2019 and times prior thereto, employees were not trained on the specific health hazards of the following hazardous chemical: (a) Sherwin Williams ProMar 200; (b) Sherwin Williams Wood Classic Fast Dry Oil Varnish; (c) Startex Paint Thinner; (d) Sherman Williams PVA Drywall Primer and Sealer.
