29 CFR 1910.134(f)(1): The employer did not ensure that employee(s) required to use a tight-fitting facepiece respirator passed the appropriate qualitative fit test (QLFT) or quantitative fit test (QNFT): The employer is failing to ensure that employees are fit tested to ensure a tight-fit of the respirator was attained. This was most recently documented on January 8, 2019 at 1230 East 9th Street Minden, Nebraska. The employer failed to ensure that employees passed a QLFT or QNFT prior to wearing a tight-fitting facepiece respirator.
