29 CFR 1910.332(b)(1): Employees were not trained in and familiar with the safety-related work practices required by 1910.331 through 1910.335 that pertained to their respective job assignments: A.) Brad's Fuel Filtering, Inc., 801 Butler Pike, Mercer, PA 16137, west side of the prison facility, on or about December 13, 2018 and times prior thereto: An employee raised a metal stinger/siphon tube in the air, came into contact/proximity with 14.5-kV overhead powerlines, and was subsequently electrocuted. Employees were not provided with specific information regarding the proper distances, methods and techniques to keep conductive objects away from overhead powerlines and components. In addition, employees were not trained on the requirements noted in standards including, but not limited to, 29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3). B.)
