29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in cabinets, boxes, and fittings were not effectively closed: a) Jobsite, 780 Reservoir Road, Hollidaysburg, PA 16648: Observed on or about October 16, 2018, unused openings existed inside of an electrical panel that was located on the wall near the unscrambler machine. Unused openings existed to the left of a switch that was labeled 'Deck' and near the bottom of the panel. b) Jobsite, 780 Reservoir Road, Hollidaysburg, PA 16648: Observed on or about October 16, 2018, unused openings on a junction box were not effectively closed. Multiple knockouts on a junction box located on the floor of the shop near the unscrambler machine were missing and filled with debris.
