29 CFR 1910.95(d)(1): When information indicated that any employee's exposure equaled or exceed the 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels, the employer did not develop and implement a monitoring program: (a) On or about May 22, 2018, at the employer's property at 1000 Pelton Dr., Oak Creek, WI, 53154, the employer did not implement a monitoring program to evaluate the sound level that workers are exposed to when significant variations in the physical properties of pieces being worked on and when changes in production and plant processes or layout occur that may change the sound level that workers experience and reevaluate the adequacy of attenuation provided by hearing protectors. Workers are exposed to contact with noise in excess of 85 decibels, A-weighted.
