29 CFR 1910.134(k): The employer did not provide comprehensive, understandable training which did not occur annually and/or more often if necessary: a) Granite cutting area: On or about December 28, 2017, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to respiratory hazards, in that training was not provided to employees who are required to wear a Moldex N-95 dust mask. b) Granite Cutting area: On or about January 3, 2018, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to silica hazards, in that training was not provided for a fabricator that was exposed to silica levels of 0.902 milligrams per cubic meter with a permissible exposure limit of 0.361 milligrams per cubic meter. c) Granite cutting area: On or about January 3, 2018, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to silica hazards, in that training was not provided for a fabricator that was exposed to silica levels of 1.09 milligrams per cubic meter with a permissible exposure limit of 0.427 milligrams per cubic meter.
