29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: Clean room; On or about 11/21/17, the employer did not provide a medical evaluation for employees using respiratory protection for the hazards of Peridox, a cleaning chemical containing hydrogen peroxide and peracetic acid, to sanitize the clean room. Employees were wearing N95 and R95 tight-fitting filtering facepiece respirators.
