29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(x): Flexible cords and cables were not protected from accidental damage, as might be caused, for example, by sharp corners, projections, and doorways or other pinch points: a) Main Shop: On or about August 30, 2017, and at times prior, workers were exposed to constant electrical hazards while working in a metal building while flexible power cords passed through wall holes between the interior and exterior of the building to provide power to evaporative coolers on the East side of the building. Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
