29 CFR 1910.29(b)(1): The top edge height of top rails, or equivalent guardrail system members, were not 42 inches (107 cm), plus or minus 3 inches (8 cm), above the walking working surface; where the top edge height exceeded 45 inches (114 cm), the guardrail system did not meet all other criteria of paragraph (b) of this section (see Figure D-11 of this section): a) 9000 River Rd, Delair, NJ, 08110- Shipping, Buildings 3-11: Employees accessed areas including, but not limited to, the shipping area loading docks, where guardrails were in excess of 45 inches. The fall protection systems in place did not meet the requirements of the standard, observed on or about 1/24/2017. NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASE FILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION OR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.
