29 CFR 1926.1204(e)(3): The employer did not test for atmospheric hazards, test first for oxygen, then for combustible gases and vapors, and then for toxic gases and vapors: a. E E Robinson Park (Level Creek), 800 Peachtree Industrial Blvd. Sugar Hill, GA - An employee was exposed to asphyxiation hazard. The employer did not perform pre-entry testing for oxygen content, flammable gases and vapors, and potential toxic air contaminants. The employer removed the manhole cover and purchased a flash light with the expectation that the employee would break the plain, on or about September 6, 2016.
