29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level shall be protected from falling to that lower level. a. On or about December 23, 2011 - at the above addressed jobsite, employees constructing a wooden canopy structure while working on a self made scaffold, approximately eighteen (18') feet above the ground, were exposed to injuries from falls due to the lack of fall protection.
