At the Crusher building (Cogen #123), employees were exposed to a potential explosion hazard due to the explosion doors on the dust collectors being positioned withing the building. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable means of abate- ment is to: 1. Position the explosion doors to the outside of the building.
