29 CFR 1910.272(g)(1)(iii): The atmosphere within a bin, silo, or tank in the grain handling facility was not tested for the presence of combustible gases, vapors, and toxic agents prior to employee entry. On or about August 21, 2018 at the Jasper Grain facility located at 308 W. Morrison in Jasper Missouri- Employee was exposed to potential atmospheric hazards in that employer had not tested for presence of combustible gases, vapors, and toxic agents prior to grain silo entry.
