29 CFR 1926.62(l)(2): The employer failed to institute a training program and ensure employee participation in the program: (a) On or about 8/8/14 at 10 South Street, employees were exposed to chemical hazards from lead because the employer did not institute a lead training program and ensure employee participation, where employees dry swept leaded plaster floors and welded on "dirty" steel.
